Who we are

Cybertek Systems is a managed IT services provider in Winner, South Dakota. This policy covers the cybertek.systems website. It does not cover the separate agreements that govern our managed services for clients; those are handled in your service contract.

What we collect on this site

Website analytics. We use Metricool to understand how the site is used: pages visited, how you got here (search, social, direct), general device and browser type, and approximate location. This is aggregate traffic measurement.

Traffic analytics. We also run Plausible Analytics on our own servers in South Dakota. It counts page views and referrers without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without building a profile of you. Your data stays on our infrastructure and is never sold or shared.

Business visitor identification. We use RB2B, a service that can identify some business visitors to our site by matching a visitor's device against third-party business-contact data. When a match is found, we may learn a visitor's name, business email address, company, and role. We use this to follow up with businesses that appear interested in our services. It applies to U.S. visitors and works at the business-contact level. It's how we know a school district or credit union looked at our pricing page, so a real person can reach out.

Session replay and heatmaps. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people actually use this site: where they click, how far they scroll, and where they get stuck. Clarity builds a replay of page interactions so we can find confusing layouts and broken steps. Text you enter into form fields, along with numbers and email addresses, is masked in your browser before anything is sent, and we do not run Clarity on any client portal or login page. We use this only to improve the site.

What you send us. If you fill out a contact or quote form, email us, or book a call, we receive what you provide, typically your name, email, phone number, company, and message.

Cookies and similar technology

The tools above use cookies, scripts, and device identifiers to do their jobs. We don't run advertising pixels, and we don't use this data to serve you ads on other sites.

How we use this information

• Understand which pages and topics are useful, so we improve the right things
• Identify and follow up with businesses that show interest in our services
• Respond when you contact us or request a quote

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information
• We don't share it beyond the service providers named above and the tools we use to run our business (for example, our CRM and ticketing systems)
• We don't knowingly collect information from children; this site is for businesses

• Browser settings, tracker blockers, and private browsing all limit or prevent the collection described above
• You can opt out of RB2B's identification database at rb2b.com/your-privacy-choices
• Microsoft Clarity data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement; browser tracker blockers also prevent it
• Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we'll handle it directly

Security and retention

We're a cybersecurity company; we hold ourselves to the standards we sell. Information is kept only as long as it's useful for the purposes above or as the law requires, then removed.
